Tracking Your Filings

Once you submit a filing, you can track its progress from your dashboard or from the filing detail page.

Filing Status at a Glance

Every filing moves through a series of statuses as it is processed by the court. You can see the current status on your dashboard and on the filing detail page.

With Judge The clerk has forwarded your filing to a judge for review or signature.
Judge Signed A judge has reviewed and signed your filing. It will proceed to acceptance.
Accepted The court has accepted your filing and charged any applicable fees.
Rejected The court could not accept your filing. See the rejection reason and resubmit.
Partial Accept Some documents in your filing were accepted and others were rejected. Review the details.
Payment Failed Your filing was accepted but the payment charge failed. Update your card and retry.
Recorded Your filing has been fully recorded in the court's case management system.

For a detailed explanation of each status, see Filing Statuses Explained.
